Block Party NYC is the fusion of a good old-fashioned block party with a community-led design session.

Look for parties all around the city that will help neighbors envision a better (and more fun!) street—a street that works for the people who live there, not just for the ones driving through.

  3. Apply for a mini-grant
    Mini-grant applications are now being accepted. The mini-grant package includes:
    • Funding to apply for a street closing permit
    • Professional support to help you plan for your event
    • Resources for kicking off a design session for your block
